San Francisco - Day 4

Got up to another sunny day. We walked 2 blocks and caught the cable car down to the main street - Market Road, to catch the F train to Pier 39 to the San Francisco Aquarium. This was very interesting and one is actually under the San Francisco Bay, so you can see what is actually going on. They had some lovely fish.

We wondered around the pier for a while and then took a walk to catch the bus to the Exploratorium. We had quite a walk from where the bus dropped us. These pictures below are of the lake and building surrounding the Exploratorium. Boy was this place interesting. It had exhibits of just about every possible science experiment. There were loads of children having an absolute ball experimenting with the exhibits. Byron, my nephew, would have had a ball here!! It was pointless taking pictures inside as I don't think they would have made sense to anyone.
From there we caught the bus back to Market Street and then walked up the hill to Uncle Vito's to order a pizza for our supper. Then headed further up the hill to our hotel and enjoyed our well deserved pizza!!
Knowledgeable signing off ....
